ABOUT MRS. FRATELLO
Stephanie A. Fratello maintains a trial practice in various areas at both the trial and appellate levels, including insurance disputes, personal injury, real estate matters, commercial and residential leases, contracts, successions/probate, family law, wills, and corporate law, and entertainment law. The firm not only represents individuals, but also represents the interests of small and large businesses. Mrs. Fratello also serves as corporate counsel for a local fortune 100 company and as legal counsel for a local real estate brokerage firm. In addition, Mrs. Fratello has litigated and tried numerous cases since the date of her bar admission in various courts throughout Louisiana.
Mrs. Fratello graduated from Loyola University School of Law in 2004 and admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2004. While in law school, Mrs. Fratello was a member of the real estate law society, was legal research assistant for a Loyola Law Professor, and interned for a Judge in the 24th JDC, as well as a member of Phi Alpha Delta.
Prior to law school, she received a B.A. in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans in 2000 where she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega, Psi Chi National Honor Society, and an officer of the Panhellenic Counsel.
Mrs. Fratello is currently a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, and Louisiana State Bar Association Solo and Small Firm Section.
Mrs. Fratello served as legal advisor for a local Condominium Association and previously served her community by coaching a mock trial team at a local high school and served on committees for a local charity organization. Mrs. Fratello has been active in her community and served as President of her former residential homeowner's association.
In addition to practicing law, Mrs. Fratello is currently an active and practicing Louisiana Real Estate Broker.
